Please read the terms and conditions carefully as the bookings are subject to the T&C mentioned. Passengers (either booking for themselves or for other passengers) accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations & Payments
Confirmation from the airline, hotel, or other travel agencies is required for all reservations. Reservations must be made with a deposit or in full. Secure online payment systems, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers are all accepted forms of payment. Due to seasonal fluctuations, exchange rates, and fare revisions, prices are subject to change.
Refunds & Cancellations
Regardless of the cause for cancellation or non-attendance, all online tickets are completely non-refundable. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. Under no circumstances are service fees and booking fees non refundable deposit are non refundable. Any rescheduling or refund will be contingent only upon the airline's policy in the event that a flight is canceled.
Visa & Travel Documents
Passengers need to make sure that their passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents are up to date. Approval of the visa depends on the granting embassy. Visa issuance is not guaranteed by us. Travelers are solely responsible for any delays or refusal of visas.

Insurance for Travel
It is highly advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against baggage loss, medical crises, and cancellations. Unexpected events or costs during your vacation are not Sufi Travel & Tour's responsibility
Hotel and Flight Regulations
Schedules and ticket costs are subject to sudden changes by airlines. Baggage, seat preference, and other optional services could incur additional costs. Reservations may be changed by hotels in accordance with corporate policies and availability.

SUFFI TRAVEL LTD works as an agency for travel agencies, hotels, and airlines. Any delays, cancellations, or modifications made are not our responsibility.
